At Nizaam, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Return requests must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@nizaam.pk within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable, specify)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
